Description:
Distilled from the common culinary garden plant, sage is a potent essential oil and should be used with discretion. Try one or two drops in combination with lavandin for a purifying diffusion.
Sage (Salvia Officinalis) is used for sores, bacterial infections, bronchitis, catarrh, rheumatism, arthritis, sprains, fibrositis and as an astringent.
Recommend:
Clarifying bath: 4 drops sage, 1/2 c. milk swirled into water. Awaken senses: use sage in an electric diffuser.
Cautions:
Keep out of reach of children.
For external use only.
Dilute properly; skin irritant; skin sensitizer.
Avoid if pregnant.
People with high blood pressure should avoid.
People with epilepsy should avoid.
