Directions: Wash hair and scalp with JASON Swimmer's & Sports Reconditioning Shampoo. Rinse thoroughly, squeeze excess water out of hair. Massage moderate amount of Conditioner into hair and scalp. Leave on one minute. Rinse well with tepid water. For damaged hair and deep-conditioning: Leave on for 20 minutes (preferably under a shower cap).
