The Flu Resist nasal spray provides a unique delivery of flu fighting medicine directly through the nasal membranes to provide fast-acting flu symptom relief. Used at the first sign of the flu, Flu Resist has also been developed to help guard against the flu during times of exposure to the flu virus. Exposing the body to minute doses of homeopathic flu vaccine helps the body to resist the flu.

Indications: Relieves and reduces symptoms of flu; fever, headache, body aches, congestion, runny nose, sneezing, cough, nausea, sinus pain and pressure, sore throat.
Suggested Use for Spray: Adults use 2 sprays in each nostril every 2-4 hours or as needed. Children 4-12 years of age use one half the adult dosage. For children under the age of 4 consult a health practitioner For preventative measures, spray 1 or 2 times daily during heightened periods of exposure to the flu. Remove the protective cap. With your head held upright, insert nozzle into nostril and depress pump completely while breathing in through your nose. When finished, wipe nozzle clean and replace cap. The use of this dispenser by more than one person may spread infection. Store at room temperature (60-85°F).
Suggested Use for Chew tabs: Dissolve tablet in the mouth. Do not swallow whole. Adults and children 12 years and over take 1 tablet every 2-4 hours, not for use by children under 12 years of age, for best results, continue taking for 48 hours after symptoms are gone.
