Instructions: Adults take 6 tablets before each meal and at bedtime (children 2 tablets). In severe cases take 3 tablets every 2 hours.
Additional Info: Lack of certain inorganic mineral phosphate may cause nervous exhaustion, irritability, and insomnia, according to Dr. W.H Schuessler's Biochemic Theory. These basic minerals are supplied in the recommended potency to restore normal balance to nerve cells. These tablets dissolve almost instantly on the tongue and can be taken with or without water.
Ingredients: Phosphorica 3X (calcium phosphate), Ferrum Phosphorica 3X (iron phosphate), Kali Phosphoricum 3X (potassium phosphate), Natrium Phosphoricum 3X (sodium phosphate), Megnesia Phosphoricum 3X (magnesium phosphate).
