Suggested Use:

Pour 8 oz. Of boiling water over one tea bag and steep, covered, for 10-15 minutes. Squeeze tea bag over cup to yield remaining extractive. Water temperature and length of steeping time greatly influence the yield of beneficial components extracted from the herbs. Drink 2 or more cups daily.
