One tablet supplies genuine, certified active and biologically tested Bio-Formed GTF chromium complexes containing 200 mcg of organic trivalent chromium. All the chromium in this product is biologically formed (Bio-Formed) and organically bound (chelated) into live cultured brewer's yeast cells during the natural growth process of the yeast.
