Description:
Calcium is necessary for the development of strong bones and teeth, also prevents muscle cramping, maintain regular heart beat, protects against osteoporosis and helps relax the central nervous system.
Instructions: Adults and children 4 or more years of age, 2 teaspoonfuls daily after a meal. Post menopausal women, 1 tablespoonful daily, after a meal. Pregnant or lactating women: 1 tablespoonful daily after a meal. Children under 4 years of age: 1 teaspoonful daily, after a meal. Infants: 1 teaspoonful daily (may be taken undiluted, mixed with infant formula or fruit juice).
