Description:
Fibersol is a bulk producing soluble fiber derived from fruits, vegetable and grain that is helpful for colon health and regularity.
Instructions: Take one rounded teaspoonful (4.7 grams) one to three times daily. Fill a standard 8 oz. glass with cool water. Sprinkle a rounded teaspoonful of FiberSol into the liquid. Stir briskly and drink immediately. An additional glass of liquid is helpful.
